Ten years ago Donald was found on a planet that was sparsely populated. No trace could be found of his true identity and he spent a couple years trying to regain his memory in a clinic. Once it was determined that there was no guarantee that his memory would return, he decided to join Star Fleet. He hopes that the answers to his past are out there, but in the meantime he will serve in Star Fleet. He will go through great lengths to experience new cuisine and maintains a makeshift kitchen in his own quarters, eschewing the replicator as much as possible. A good deal of his spare time is making friends with others, especially those that have access to fresh food and the trading of said goods.
