The Battle Group Trojan Theta was designed to be [[Rank|Captain]], [[Jack O'Lar]]'s personal tactical wing. The [[Rank|Captain]] is an expert tactician and was recruited into Starfleet by Admiral [[Rodrigo Doenitz]] himself.
