I think we should avoid including ranks in articles' names - the ranks are prone to change and then admins have to change names of the articles - IMO it's better to leave only the person's name and describe his position ''inside'' the article. --[[User:George|George]] 18:50, 16 March 2006 (EST)

* Being an instructor for Starfleet Academy means the rank will most likely never change as all new instructors are generally fixed at the rank of Lieutenant (JG) with no chance for movement. Therefore, there is no reason to worry about it. For other characters, that is a different story. Generally I agree with the sentiment, but in this case it really doesn't matter much.
