The USS Boudicca is a [[Keltoi Class]] Starship currently serving in the [[52nd Fleet]]. The commanding officer is Captain [[Caladryll Sevant]] and the first officer is Commander [[Susan Rivers]].
 
Currently, the ship (and the rest of [[52nd Fleet|Task Force 2]]) are under way to the moon called [[Tau Seti VIId]].

The Boudicca has been ordered to track and intercept an enemy Keltoi ship, the USS Dracul. Together with the USS Witchfire (a Defiant-class) and the USS Thermopylae (a Prometheus-class) as escorts, the Boudicca begins her search. In order to search a wider area, the three ships split up, remaining in contact.
 
Several days into the search, the Boudicca received a distress call and went to answer it. They arrived just in time to beam aboard three refugees from Vulcan. Tardek (a former Starfleet officer and now a professor at the Vulcan Science Academy), his wife T'len (also a teacher at the Science Academy) and Sovak, Tardek's assistant. Tardek and his companions fled Vulcan as Doenitz's forces invaded, bringing with them a prototype device that Tardek was most anxious should not fall into the hands of the enemy. They were pursued by the sovereign class USS Exeter, and a Ferengi vessel also anxious to obtain whatever it is that Tardek has with him.
 
The Exeter's captain ordered his ship to attack and on damaging some of the Boudicca's systems, managed to beam an attack force aboard. The invaders have now been repelled or captured, although not without considerable damage to the ship and its crew.
 
The Exeter has destroyed the Ferengi vessel and is turning her attention to the Boudicca.
 
The Thermopylae and the Witchfire are making their way with all speed towards the Boudicca, but will they get there in time?

The [[USS Boudicca]] is a [[starship]] currently serving in the [[Starfleet]] of the [[United Federation of Planets]]. The ship was launched in 2404, and at the time was the second ship of the [[Keltoi Class]]. She is currently assigned to the [[52nd Fleet]]. Her Original design was as a Ship-of-the-line, and she was initally to be deployed a deterrent to conflict hotspots such as the [[Romulan Neutral Zone]] or the edge of [[Orion Syndicate]] space. She is the Second ship to be launched in the Star Trek freedom Universe for the 52nd Fleet and as such, she has a long an illustrious career. She served with distinction during the [[Federation Civil War]], being the lead element on the attack against the [[Mars Defense Perimeter]] and [[Starbase Valhalla]]. Though she was heavily damaged during the fighting, The fleet refused to decommission her, instead opting to refurbish her as a long-range Explorer.  The vessel's core design encompasses 22 decks. [[USS Boudicca Deck Plans]] are available to those with appropriate security clearance.


The crew of the USS Boudicca is considered to be one of the most Elite and dedicated crews in the fleet. The Officers who serve aboard her come from a wide variety of backgrounds and worlds, each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences to the overall performance of the ship. There are personnel both old and new aboard ship who all strive together to overcome the challenges and risks that the universe throws at them. They are explorers and warriors all dedicated to the betterment of the [[United Federation of Planets]] and it's principles.  Often they have faced the grimmest of challenges with duty, honor and dedication.
