[[Dahlia Jackson]] is the wife of [[Thomas Jackson]] the Chief Operations Officer of the [[USS Rosenante]]. 

Tom and Dahlia grew up together on [[Ferenginar]], where they both lived in the merchant household of [[Pez]] a [[Ferengi]] who married Tom's mother and adopted Tom when he was young.

Dahlia was a contractual servant in the Pez household, but quickly showed a keen ability to manage money and handle complex legal issues as if she were a native born Ferengi. As a result, Pez elevated her to his assistant in 2412.

in 2413, Pez and Dahlia visited [[Starbase 989]] where Tom and the [[USS Rosenante]] were conducting the investigation of the murder of [[Rank|Captain]] [[Joseph Taylor]].  Knowing that his step-son had always had a crush on Dahlia, and also aware that she also had a crush on him, Pez managed to convince his step-son Tom to sign the Marriage Contracts and marry his childhood sweetheart.

Although married legally with the signing of the contract, the two also decided to undergo a more traditional [[Human]] wedding ceremony on the Starbase. Captain [[Ahmed Ibn Salid]] performed the ceremony.
