Later in 2408, when the Rosenante was fully repaired after their encounter with [[The Harvester]], salid disobeyed his orders to patrol the [[Cardassian]] - [[Federation]] border along the [[Sentani Expanse]] and instead redirected his ship without permission to the [[Ikev Sector]], also located along a different strecth of the Cardassian - Federation border.

Salid, seriously hoped that he was wrong and that the threat he feared turned out not to be true, as he'd rather face indefinate imprisonment and/or court martial rather than see such a threat be true.
