After the end of the Civil War, the Iodosian freighter, was decommissioned after being restored to the ownership of [[Rank|Lieutenant]] [[Baylon Trinin]]. Baylon has placed the vessel into long-term storage around [[Betazed|Betazed II]].

The Phylar

The Phylar was a Starship owned by Kanden Borastal, a Betazoid freighter captain and father to Baylon Trinin

During the Federation Civil War Kanden joined the Andorian Resistance movement to resist the occupation of Andoria by loyalist Starfleet Marines.

In 2402, he was caught attempting to smuggle weapons and medical supplies to the resistance cells, by the USS Larson. Captain Auguste Reynard, ordered him executed for the crime of insurrection.
