The Revelation Entity existed within the mind of Divon Lronen.
I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the seven living creatures say in a voice like thunder, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

The Revelation Entity was the malignant psyche of the doomsayer and cult leader Revelation whose teachings included a dogma of hate towards non-humans. He was a zealot and fanatic in his beliefs and was responsible for the establishment of the hate group Humans for Humanity.

In 2407, he masterminded a plot to introduce a deadly genetically engineered virus, called the Revelation Virus among the inhabitants of Starbase Geneva. To aid him in his ploy, he infected himself, so that he was able to rapidly spread the virus among the station's Human population quickly.

In the end he succumbed to the disease in the Starbase's sickbay, but not before revealing his hatred and plot to counselor Divon Lronen a Betazoid who had picked up on some of his surface thoughts. As the two were locked in a mental bond at the time, Revelation's psyche managed to embed itself into the counselor's subconscious mind. That fracture would later take form as the Revelation Entity, which later nearly killed Ensign Harry Doorman.

The entity was nothing more than a pysychic trauma caused by the connection of minds through the means of a telepathic bond at the time of death. In this case, the death of Revelation became imprinted on Divon Lronen. As time went by without treatment, the personality split became more profound until it eventually culminated in the complete emergence of the Entity.

This entity found itself possessing the Telepathic and mental capabilities of a fairly powerful Betazoid. As the entity could then detect the thoughts of those around it, it began to subtly influence those that it deemed a threat. Among them was Harry Doorman, a fellow Betazoid.

The entity managed to overwhelm him and force Doorman to nearly commit suicide by decompressing an airlock while he was inside. He was saved by Thomas Jackson.

Eventually the Entity was suppressed with the use of drugs. Divon Lronen was sent to a medical facility where he was treated for the mental schism that he had undergone.
