*In 2151, Klaang, a Klingon being chased by the Suliban, crash landed on Earth, where he managed to kill his pursuers. However, a farmer shot him with a plasma rifle, and he was taken to Starfleet Medical. One of the doctors who worked to save his life was Doctor Phlox. Soon after, Captain Jonathan Archer was summoned to the facility, where he persuaded Admiral Forrest to let him and his ship, the Enterprise NX-01, go back to Qo'noS. (ENT: "Broken Bow")

When Benjamin Sisko requested the file, they sent a copy of Mora Pol's medical file on Odo, taken decades previously, in an attempt to hinder Bashir's efforts.
