==Early Life== Ulia Mason was born on the Utopia Planetia Colony on Mars, but didn't stay long there. After her father died, when Mason was 6, her mother, an exobotanist, moved from place to place regularly. Ulia's mother seemed dependant on male companionship and would do everything she could to be engaged in a relationship... often with disasterous results. The first instance of child abuse directed at Ulia took place when she was 8 years old. From this time, Ulia turned her rage inwards, working to be the best at what she was. She also grew more and more distant from the people around her, not caring what they felt or thought as long as they left her alone.
