== Background ==
Carter was born Stardate 2383.09.16 to Maria and David Anderson. His father is an Admiral in Starfleet and his mother is a teacher on the U.S.S. Hawk. He has a twin sister named Samantha who was born with a gift, she suffers from horrific dreams and is staying a medical facility on Earth. Carter went to Cochrane High School and met his first girlfriend and lover, Gale Larsen, who was thinking of join Starfleet. After high school, Carter followed Gale to Starfleet Academy. He fell in love with her even more then and wanted to marry her after they graduated. Carter was into Command and Medical, he studied night and day, he once forgot about a date he had with Gale and it caused some friction on their relationship. After graduation, Carter was ordered to await assignment while Gale was assigned to the U.S.S. Riot. On Stardate 2406.06.11, the U.S.S. Riot was destroyed in the Beta Quadrant and Carter lost the one person he ever loved. Now, he visits his sister Samantha whenever he can.
