==Family and Background==

Father: Nathan Loke – Teacher, writer, historian. The wikipedia article for ‘stern’ has this man’s face. Since the death of his wife, Linda, he has been cold, reclusive, and a workaholic. He spends little time out of his home, a small affair crammed with books and reference material. He claims to be too busy for any family activities, and wants to be left alone. Likes cheesecake. Mother: Linda Loke – Deceased. Linda was a mother first and second. She doted on her two boys, but the true thrill of her life was her daughter. Nothing was too good for little Amelia. A rare genetic disease, took her in the prime of her life at the age of 38. Once the disease was found the children were treated, and it is no longer a threat to them. Older Brother: Harvey Loke – “Enforcer”. While not exactly a lawman, Harvey isn’t exactly a criminal. He has been employed by both. Tall, wide, and imposing, he is physically everything his younger brother is not. No slouch mentally, Harvey is the only person ever to beat Kyle in a game of chess. He doesn’t keep a steady job, and has spent a little too much time in the local drunk-tank. He is married, although his wife has left him, and has left no forwarding address. Younger Sister: Amelia Loke – Pretty and spoiled, Amelia has not had to work a day in her life. She has always plenty of attention from the opposite sex to ensure she need not lift a finger. She is currently unaware of the location of any other members of her family, which political party is in power, or how to multiply without a calculator.
