==Starfleet Career==
Miranda never made it out into the front lines of the fleet. She remained on Earth in the company of the admiralty as an adjunct carefully being cultivated to assume various leadership positions. Her proximity to Earth and Starfleet Command afforded her the opportunity to frequent academy grounds where she developed and maintained relationships with both the instructors and cadets.
 
It wasn’t until years later that her connections granted her a less formal presence on the grounds as attaché to SHQ.  Her role on the grounds was to monitor the day to day operations and provide concise yet informative reports to the upper ups. Her appointment to Head of the Academy came as Admiral Jopek left to concentrate on being the 52nd Fleet Commanding Officer.
