The Toto culture was an enlightened one of literature, arts mathematics although they still believed in spirituality and a lot of their history was passed on by myths and legions. 
This was all displayed in the grand planet library of E’mbachapak which totally disappeared before the beginning of the cataclysmic fall of their civilisation.

The disappearance of the Grand Library of E’mbachapak caused grate anguish and despair to the Toto civilisation. Their combined history and knowledge had disappeared in an instance. Knowledge beyond reckoning was contained with in its walls. Search mission were sent far and wide scouring the lands of their civilisation and beyond to try and find any information about what had happened to it. The greatest and most popular legend is the legend of The Betrayal of Shelsin the mighty.

There is not much information about how the Toto civilisation was destroyed but from the information that could be found it was quick and bloody. There is mention that even the grate Kurudneri (Sky Spirits) ran from the fall. (Monsarrat)
