Aurik Barsh is a dedicated Career [[Marine]] and has risen steadily through the ranks. Below is a synopsis of his promotions. Note that in 2406 Aurik received several field promotions, this is owing to the [[Federation Civil War]]. When the Civil War was over Aurik was approached to become a commissioned MO because of the high numbers of Marines that lost their lives during the conflict.
