[[Evenstar Incedent]] Log 3 [Science Report By Doctor Longmore Chief Science Officer of the USS Evenstar] βWe have finally got the artefact into the lab. It has seamed like an age as it sent through the decontamination process but I get ahead of my self. The artifice was found floating in space orbiting the planet below. There is no sign of how it got there or who put it there but it was emitting a strong signal and the USS Evenstar was sent to investigate. The box is twenty centimetres squared and is black with intricate silver design on each side which contain writing. The language is unknown to me but we are putting it through the computer to see if it spits anything out. We have isolated the box and have started to perform some prelimary tests to see what is inside as well as its construction and composition. Will report when we have some answers [End Log]
