Editing Starbase 173

[[Starbase 173]] was a newly built [[Federation]] [[Starbase]] in Sector 23, close to the [[Romulan Neutral Zone]], in 2365. It was under the command of sector commander [[Rank|Vice Admiral]] Nakamura. Captain Phillipa Louvois was assigned to the base as the sector's Judge Advocate General.

That year, the USS Enterprise-D visited Starbase 173 for crew rotation and experiment modules to be offloaded. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man")

Ensign Sonya Gomez transferred from Starbase 173 to the Enterprise-D to serve in Engineering. (TNG: "Q Who")
