Editing Station Omega

[[Station Omega]] was a secret research and development facility established under special order of [[Admiral Doenitz|Rodrigo Doenitz]] during the [[Federation Civil War]].

The facilities primary focus was the development of a stable [[Omega Molecule]] which could be used as a powersource for either a [[Starship]],  or a weapon. It was built by the [[Starfleet]] Science Division and was located on [[Kabor Prime]].

After the end of the War, allies of the now deposed Doenitz, earased all record of the secret facility and continued with their research. By 2408, they had managed to produce a stabile Omega molecule, which they used to power the Station. Through the support of a group of Conspirators within the admiralty of [[Starfleet Command]] they managed to stay supplied as well as to fortify their facility.

With their primary goal of stabilizing the molecule completed, and without the means or resourcs to develop a starship capable of using the omega molecule for power, they determined to develop an [[Omega Device]]. This device, it was hoped, would be used by the Admirals to sieze control of the [[United Federation of Planets]] and restore the military industrial complex that had enjoyed perstige and power under the Doenitz regime.

Their plans were foiled however in 2408 with the arrival of the [[ISS Rosenante]] a vessel from the [[Mirror Universe]]. that vessel was attempting to construct an Omega device of their own in an attept to destroy the star in the [[Sunali II|Sunali Sytem]] and recreate the conditions that had brought them from their universe to the prime universe.

Although the facility was armed with several Class XII phaser arrays, the ISS Rosenante managed to steal the components that they needed to construct their device and destroyed the facility. All the data on the development as well as data on some of the conspirtors was captured by the Imperial Starship and traded to thier Prime universe counterpart the [[USS Rosenante]] after that vessel along with the [[USS Furious]] defeated their efforts at [[Sunali II]].
