Editing Subspace Current

A [[Subspace Current]] is an area of space in which the boundries between normal space and subspace has broken down enough to allow a concentration of flowing subspace to form along rifts and form currents.

Such a current exists along a section of the [[Sull Path]] and was discovered by incident by the [[USS Boudicca]] in 2414 while investigating reports of Pirates in the area.

Currently the [[Subspace River]] is the only other known record of a subspace current. It is unclear whether the Sull Path current was a natural phenomenon, an artificially created current, or some as of yet undiscovered extension of the subspace river.
