The [[USS Gresham]] is a [[Federation]] [[starship]] of the [[Akira Class]].

In 2407, the ship was a member of the [[52nd Fleet]] assaulting the [[Mars Defense Perimeter]]. The vessle was badly damaged , but managed to survive the battle, losing surprisingly few crew members in the attack. Among those aboard the Gresham was [[Rank|lieutenant]] Doyle Allan Ripley, who served as the ship's [[Tactical Officer]]. He is the Brother of Counselor [[Anamitra Ripley]] serving aboard the [[USS Hades]] and the son of [[Rank|Captain]] Doyle Ripley, [[Commanding Officer]] of the [[USS Pravda]].
