In 2375, Gowron ordered General Martok to launch an ill-advised attack on this planet. The attack was a disaster, as the [[Klingon]]s were outnumbered six to one: seven Klingon warships were destroyed, and five more severely damaged, with General Martok himself in the sickbay of the IKS Rotarran in critical condition. The attack was nothing short of a waste of ships, manpower and war materials for the allies. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")
