[[Celdebrai City]] is the Capital of the Planetary government and the head of the Religious centers of the planet [[Asrai Prime]]. The city holds approximately 500,000 inhabitants and is the most populous on the [[planet]].

The city is demographically divided into rough districts, although not physically so. The largest and most ornate district is the capital district which is dominated by the palace of the Oracle of the Golden Temple.

The massive palace complex also doubles as a massive religious complex, which supports the inner workings of the religious orders of the planet. The [[Golden Temple]] resides within the confines of the palace complex. Also residing there is the [[Asrai|Voice of the Oracle]] and the [[Asrai|Oracle of the Golden Temple]] the two most powerful members of Asrai society. They make and enforce all laws for the entire planet. They head the government as well as the religious institutions of the planet.
