[[Delta Rana IV]] (most often simply called Rana IV) is the fourth [[planet]] in the Delta Rana system; it is [[Class M]] and has three moons.

The planet was the former site of the [[Federation]] Delta Rana IV colony. The entire planetary surface, including the colony, was devastated by a [[Husnock]] attack in 2366. Prior to the attack, the planet had a population of eleven thousand. Tea grew wild there. (TNG: "The Survivors")
