	Later in 2408, when the Rosenante was fully repaired after their encounter with [[The Harvester]], salid disobeyed his orders to patrol the [[Cardassian]] - [[Federation]] border along the [[Sentani Expanse]] and instead redirected his ship without permission to the Ikev ~~sector~~, also located along a different strecth of the Cardassian - Federation border. Very little is known about [[Julman]]. What is known is that in 2408 Julman visited the planet of [[Bracas V]] to pay [[Rank|Captain]] [[Ahmed Ibn Salid]] a visit.

Julman brought along several [[Jem'Hadar]] soldiers with him, who were there to make certain that the captain of the [[USS Rosenante]] would give the [[Vorta]] his complete attention.

Salid was surprised that the [[Dominion]] would risk a warship so deep in [[Federation]] Space, especially since such an act could be considered and act of war.

Julman revealed some very important information to salid, implying that it was critically important.
