Real name Lucy Devlin. Father - Connor Devlin. Mother - Mary McNulty. Age - 34.

At barely 5' 4" in height with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. Lucia look to be of possibly Mediterranean, Arabic or perhaps South American extraction, but is actually of Irish descent. Her father was an engineer on a cargo freighter. He died when Lucy was 13 and she and her mother left the freighter at it's next port of call and began a new life on that planet. Unfortunately one year later Lucy's mother died of one of the numerous plagues that periodically dogged the planet leaving Lucy to make her way on her own.

Two years later, at aged 16, Lucy had re-invented herself as Lucia, become an expert pickpocket, scam artist and con artist and was working on [[Risa]] when the authorities finally picked her up.. Because she was human and underage they turned her over to the local [[Starfleet]] representative who happened to be a covert Section 31 Operative. Realizing her potential he immediately recruited Lucy into [[Section 31]] and began training her.
