	A [[Moonglider] is a resilient flying mammal native to the marginally [[Class M]] planet of [[Xega III]]. Their primary diet is that of scavengers. They consume small insects, some of the more tender plants and small reptiles. They are considered harmless and are known for their nocturnal habits. The animals live in underground burrows. They are the top of the food chain on Xega III. They make excellent pets, although their habit of climbing and gliding as a means of locomotion may not suit all pet lovers.
