	My primary Rich in Star Trek: Freedom today is Rear-Admiral Richard Ian Lee, who began 'life' as the First Officer in the Utopia Planitia Universe. Because he came from a Dominion War universe, I tapped him as a special character, and his 'expertise' has become very important in our current story line. Because of his time fighting in a massive war he became Strategic Operations Officer for the 52nd Fleet. Utopia Planitia folded into FGN: Freedom Squadron years ago (and the Utopia site became the parent to the site you see today).
