	The Brownlee Maneuver was a battle tactic first employed on Stardate 2407.01.18, during the [[~~Battle for~~ Beta Aquari III]]. This involves taking one's ship into the mesosphere of the nearest planet, preferably over a body of water of orbiting a [[Class M]] or [[Class O]] planet, or an area that is uninhabited if there are no large bodies of water below on the planet's surface. Once in the atmosphere, one begins to vent plasma from the nacelles, to lure the enemy into the atmosphere. Once they enter orbit with one's own ship, one unleashes an attack that disables it, and then leave orbit. This will leave the ship unable to hold orbit, and will crash down on the planet's surface.
