[[Sanok]] the CO of the USS Starfire, inform the admiralty that he wants to be removed from a command position. In order to symbolize that the USS Starfire's crew is welcomed, the ship change name and become the [[USS Soval]], in honor of Ambassador Soval, one of the Founding Fathers of the [[United Federation of Planets]].
