Starbase Freedom serves as a critical hub for Federation operations and diplomatic missions. Starbase Freedom is the first new starbase to be constructed by the Federation since the contraction. She is an unique base being constructed from several different species including Trill, Andor and Federation. The base was built in the orbit of Trill to serve as a new place where the past and present members of the Federation could meet to discuss the future in peace.
Level 0- The Cave: This was a storage area during the construction phase of the base. Once the construction was completed the equipment was removed leaving a chamber over main operations 200 meters in diameter and arc with an apex of 20 meters.  


Trill is the first Federation member who left, returned to the membership and we hope not the last.
Level 1: Main Operations:  This is a top-of-the-line modern design for the operations center.  CO’s Office just off Ops. XO’s Office next to CO’s Office. Conference Lounge and Officer’s Mess
