Delta-Seven-Nine (Δ79) was a humanoid test victim of the top secret Doenitz Telepathic Research Labs located on Cait in 2407.
Δ79 is believed to have been a Betazoid whose mental abilities had been augmented through illegal medical experiments using genetic and psychotropic drugs and conditioning.
Δ79 was originally controlled by a Medical doctor who used a device to force the victim to use his significant powers as directed. When Cecilia Bruce and Eric McDermott managed to overcome the control of the device through their combine telepathic abilities, Δ79 became free of his controller and murdered him.
However, the strain was too much for him and he succumbed to his injuries and died.
