Ensign (JG) Charles Buckland is a young, novice Starfleet Officer. He served on the USS Nimitz under Captain Devan Sash in the Tactical Department. He was transfered away from the Nimitz before the climax of the Civil War and the Nimitz' destruction. He is currently waiting a new assignment.
