Electrokinetic Storm

An Electrokinetic Storm is a natural phenomenon that sometimes occurs in the interior or proximity of abnormal Nebulae such as the Nekrit Expanse.
The storm is recognized by it's exceptionally high levels of Subspace interference. The interference was powerful enough to disable Borg vessels and to cause Borg Drones to lose connection to the Hive Mind of the Borg Collective.
