Forlat III

Forlat III is a planet in the Forlat system that was attacked by the Crystalline Entity sometime prior to 2368. Individuals on the planet attempted to seek refuge in tunnels lined with kelbonite, but were still absorbed by the entity.
Forlat III was one of at least three sites Dr. Kila Marr examined before the attack on Melona IV in 2368. (TNG: "Silicon Avatar")
