George Hayden Jr. leader of a Section 31 cell on Starbase Geneva

A man with roots, George Hayden, Jr. was born to Lisa and George Hayden, Sr in a small town called Allentown in a place called Pennsylvania on Earth. He had grown up with a fair amount of money, always having enough to eat and enough entertainment to keep him occupied. He went to school in Allentown along with fourteen other children in his class, all of which graduated with him. He ran his father's shoe store for a few years before he mysteriously vanished. George Hayden was the epitome of average, except for the fact that he is a sociopath.

He was recruited by Section 31 because of his sociopathy and his natural ability to blend in with the crowd and divert suspicion from himself. He currently runs a shoe store on Starbase Geneva while secretly interrogating victims in the station's Phased area.

In 2414, He was assigned to the Signos operation, with orders to break Jessica Signos and return her to the complete control of section 31. He was commanding a small cell of Section 31 operatives at the time, including Lucia Del Santos.

As the mastermind of the cell, Hayden was considered a dangerous and highly valuable target by Captain Ahmed Ibn Salid and Starfleet Intelligence.

George Hayden, Jr. was first seen in the USS Rosenante and USS Boudicca joint mission, Personal Logs
