Grew up on the plains of West Africa. Tafari was taught the standard education common to most Terrans. In addition, he learned much of his tribal ancestry, hunting and cultural significance. He is considered to be a Prince of the Akurumba Tribe and comports himself accordingly.

Tafari comes from the proud Akurumba Tribe of the West African Continent of Earth. His family had moved to Germany some time in the distant past and Tafari is a second generation re-patriate to the traditional Tribal lands.
