The MDF's Mission

Doenitz intelligence indicates that LoDona loyal forces will be assaulting the Mars Defence Perimeter; The MDF's mission is to 'plug any holes' in the perimeter when any of the ships which are lead by Rear Admiral Sevant from Task Force 19 attack the perimeter in hope to get through to Earth, for the final battle of the Civil War.

Ships in the fleet

Ships that are in the Mars Defense Fleet:

The MDF also comprises a few 'Keltoi Killers'. These ships are designed to help the MDP to defend itself in time of need. One of these is the modified Sovereign class USS Star of Samarkand, which leads the 42nd "Black Watch" Squadron.

USS Majestic battle group

The USS Majestic will be leading a small battle group of ships these ships are:


Battle Group Laredo

The USS Star of Orion will be leading Battle Group Laredo which consists of the following ships. This battle group is equipped with Advanced Mark VI Quantum Torpedoes with extended range, cloaking devices and Pulse Phasers.


42nd "Black Watch" Squadron, Auxiliary Home Fleet

The USS Star of Samarkand leads the 42nd (Black Watch) Squadron, Auxiliary Home Fleet.

Fighter Wings

The MDF also comprises of several Fighter Wings assigned to One of four Fighter bases inside the mars defense Perimeter. These bases are Io, Jupiter Station, Mars, Europa
