This is actually pretty neat, Tony. The thing that caught my eye, was at the bottom, it seems to mention 'posting points' and those seem to be linked to promotions? Can you explain? - Kevin Schram

Sure, if I can remember... the posting points was system where points were awarded to the top 3 posts of a posting month, this acted as a guide for promotions although it wasn't the be-all and end-all, points were awarded per compile and then posted the crew. Command crew weren't included, Arnaud being Arnaud and an Olympic 400 meter runner, setup 3 criteria for points, 1) Style, 2) Creativity and 3) Plot Movement, whether it be personal or ship plots. The idea was abandoned due to the fact that we didn't want crews thinking they were being judged and it was always assumed that the points were the only guide for promotion, which was rubbish. - Anthony
Was it fleet wide or just for the ship? (Spectre?) - Kevin Schram
It was Fleet Wide when we were in the FGN, after that, it was up to the CO... it didn't really take off in Freedom
