| Mostly self-studies, with a lot of interest on topics related to war-tactics and science. Went to high school, top-ace in sports, science, maintenance and computer-skills. Served on a starbase as maintenance, allthough he was on his way to get promoted to first engineer, he quitted due to unfriendly treatment. Returned home, and helped nearby people repair their equipment untill a shuttle on practice crashed nearby. He helped with the repairs of engines and controls, and found his way into starfleet that way.

| Started out on the [[USS Nimitz]] as Assistant chief of security, untill the First officer was promoted to [[Rank|Captain]], and asked Jason to serve on her ship as chief of tactical and security. Jason accepted. After a hard start, Jason finally got the grip of it, and soon led his first away-mission. Cause of high pressure on the command crew, Jason was offered the position of second officer on the Mystique, wich he enacts now.
