| From CO, USS Nautilus - Mr. Tancred recieves my full support and commendation to the Instructor training program. In his time on the Nautilus I have seen him consistently aid others in their work, often bringing them into the limelight and being more pleased for their success and promotion than any possibility of his own advancement. I believe he will thrive as an Instructor.

| From COPS, USS Nautilus - Radulf will make an excellent addition to the teaching staff of the Academy. His attention to detail and ability to work with a variety of individuals will make him a strong instructor. As a field officer in his own right, he is a solid and reliable person but I think he will give much more in San Francisco than he is able to onboard a ship
