The paramimic particle had the unusual ability to cause the shield polarity of most tactical shields to reverse, rendering them subject to allow transporter beams to bypass the vessel's shields. The Hunter starship Ne'Q was first encountered by the USS Rosenante inside the Harvester in mid-2408.
the Ne'Q is believed to be typical of her class of vessel, although she was severely damaged and in need of repair by the time that the Rosenante encountered her.
She was commanded by First Hunter Dretron Dash.
