Polytrinic Alloy is a light metallic alloy used in Borg technology, including auto-regeneration units.
In 2375, the USS Voyager crew melted down debris salvaged from a destroyed Borg probe to extract the polytrinic compounds. (VOY: "Dark Frontier")
