When a member of [[T'Sek|T'Sek's]] crew, Cargomaster [[Nargo]], was killed by the program. Doctor [[Rosk]] determined that [[Nargo]] had been killed in the exact same manner as the previous Tal Shair operative. This also happened to coincide with the same methodology as the murder performed on Captain Taylor.

The program was unique in that it was not aware of it's true nature, having advanced subroutines built in to hide that information from prying eyes as well as would be data hackers. The hologram when not fulfilling contracts for his Ferengi master posed as a Tailor, on the holodeck.
