Drydock Portsmouth has been a dockyard since the 15th century in the United Kingdom and it is the oldest dry dock on earth. It has been a military dockyard since its conception and has become a main part of the [[Federation Naval Patrol]]. It is one of the main submersible construction facilities in the Federation Naval Patrol and has been used test and constructs of the new class of submersibles for the Federation Naval Patrol.
