Drydock Portsmouth has been a dockyard since the 15th century in the United Kingdom and it is the oldest dry dock on earth. It has been a military dockyard since its conception and has become a main part of the Federation Navel Patrol. It is one of the main submersible construction facilities in the Federation Navel Patrol and has been used test and constructs the new class of submersibles.
