The Hazardous Artifact Recovery Teams are unit within the Federation Archelogy Council tasked with retrieval of ancient artifacts which are deadly to the people or planet that they are on. They normally work in small independent teams but can amalgamated into a larger group if the need arises. The team members come from all parts of the Federation and has links and contacts with all the major galactic powers.
