Physical Description: Not very tall, she is beautiful and knows it. She comes from the planet Elas, where the women know that they can always get what they want. Female Elasion tears contain a substance that acts like a 'love potion', there is not a cure for it, but the men of Elas have been desperately trying to find one for centuries. Julia is very careful where she crys, she dislikes physical contact.
Family and Background
Julia was born on the planet of Elas. She came from a powerful family and led a priveleged life. By the time Julia was thirteen she had decided that she wanted to join Starfleet.
Education
Standard Federation Education, Julia proved intelligent and was actually accepted at Starfleet Academy younger than usual due to her maturity. She graduated fifth in her class in the science track.
