A Krobal is a formed nutrient rich food pellet manufactured and consumed by Belladarians. The biscuit-like pellet is comprised of reduced organic proteins and enhanced with nitrogen and carbon enriching additives.
The foodstuff is unpalatable to most non-Belladarians. It comprised the primary food staple of that species. because there are so many subspecies of Belladarian, each with it's own unique nutritional requirements, there are Krobal for each of them.
