"Death Notification for Lieutenant Commander Pierce Orde. Certification by [[Andrew Williams]] [[Chief Medical Officer]] of the [[USS Spectre]]. Lieutenant Commander Pierce Orde died at 1040 on Stardate 2407.01.15. this was due to a large electrical surge which hit Lieutenant Commander Orde in the upper chest causing major burning and scaring to his torso and face. It stopped his neurological, cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular functions. My self Andrew Williams CMO and my team tried to revive Lieutenant Commander Orde but with out success.  The commanding officer of the USS Spectre Captain [[Remae Ktell]] was informed. Lieutenant Commander Orde's body will be buried in space after last offices have been performed."
