Education
Local primary schooling in his hometown, went to Cologne for his secondary education at the Academy Preparatory Program.
Pre-Starfleet History
Spent one summer semester on Mars as part of the Academy Preparatory Program. Prior to entering Starfleet Academy proper, Radulf was given the opportunity to gain a close orbit shuttle license, qualifying him for his Academy flight requirements. The extra time he had at the Academy due to this opportunity was used up as a volunteer Tutor and Instructor’s Aid. In this way Radulf was tagged early on as an Instructor Candidate.
